Job Description
Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will manage relationships with a portfolio of creators and their teams, and you will play a key role in fostering the longevity and success of the creator communities on YouTube.

You will deepen the partnership with these creators by helping them adopt products and features that grow their business. You will be expected to translate insights from your interactions and collaborate with regional and global teams to advocate for and prioritize the needs of YouTube creators, delivering cross-functional strategic initiatives that improve YouTube's overall Product, Marketing, and Ad Sales offering to all partners.

This is a unique role managing the relationship and deepening our partnership with YouTube content creators. You will explore and execute growth opportunities for creators, helping them adopt YouTube products and features. These creators are also in high-demand and your time will be dedicated to identifying cross-functional opportunities with other teams for potential off-platform collaborations.At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. Resonsibilities:
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with YouTube creators and their teams.
• Drive activation of new product features, track business metrics and insights, and execute legal agreements.
• Produce analyses, reviews, and recommendations to optimize performance and communicate key partner metrics and account plans to both creators and YouTube leadership.
• Advocate internally for creators, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and lead projects to enhance overall creator experience and foster the creator ecosystem, ensuring brand/reputation management.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates will typically have 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Experience of working within a global, matrixed business, managing multiple internal stakeholders.
• Experience of effectively operating in a fast-paced, high-energy, constantly evolving, team environment.
• Experience working with Product teams and an understanding of YouTube products, multi-format YouTube programming.
• Experience public speaking.
• Knowledge of the content creator ecosystem and competitive landscape.
