A Senior Program Manager is a highly skilled hands-on senior-level professional responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within TCS (Enabling Functions & Brands) to ensure they align with TCS's strategic objectives. The role involves planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Overview: The Senior Program Manager is a key leadership role reporting to the Group Head | Strategic Execution Office ['SEO'], and is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the TCS (Enabling Functions & Brands) . This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure that projects are aligned with TCS's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: • Collaborate with senior management to define and align program objectives with the overall strategic goals of the organization. • Develop comprehensive program plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

2. Project Execution: • Lead and oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

3. Stakeholder Management: • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors. • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly, ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations.

4. Resource Management: • Allocate and optimize resources across projects to ensure efficient use of personnel, technology, and equipment. • Collaborate with the business to build and manage project execution teams, ensuring the right skills are in place.

5. Budget Oversight: • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. • Monitor project financials, track expenses, and provide regular budget updates to senior management.

6. Quality Assurance: • Implement and enforce quality control standards across all projects within the program. • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

7. Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sr Program Manager, managing complex projects and Programs.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Demonstrated success in leading and hand-on delivery of multiple complex strategic programs
