Senior Data Analyst – Data & Analytics (DnA)

Vancouver, Canada

The Role:

The Sr. Data Analyst role develops business intelligence products and leads data initiatives to enhance data maturity for our Quality Verification teams. You will use your advanced technical knowledge of SQL programming, ETL pipeline development, and data visualization tools to analyze data and identify trends, driving decision-making across our organization.

You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager.
• You will define the data analytics roadmap for some of EA's largest titles.
• You will use your technical skills to develop data products that improve decision-making across the Quality Verification organization.
• You will define best practices in data analytics and visualization tools.
• You will create data governance practices to improve our organization's data maturity.
• You will provide coaching for Data Analyst colleagues.

The next great Senior Data Analyst requires:
• 3+ years of professional analytical experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and practical experience in other languages such as R, SAS, or Python.
• Able to develop data modelling and warehousing solutions.
• Able to plan and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
• Able to foster working relationships with partners.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $89,300 - $123,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
